Standard Meet & Greet

Standard Meet & Greet is the core operational service within Kalnea’s airport assistance framework, designed to ensure an organized, controlled, and discreet first point of contact at the airport.

Before each service, all flight and reservation details are verified in advance directly with the airline. This preliminary control allows operational adjustments to be anticipated, transport coordination to be confirmed, and the meeting to take place with all elements aligned from the outset. The service applies equally to arrival and departure operations.

Standard Meet & Greet functions as a structured base for individual passengers and small groups and may be extended proportionally when additional operational coverage is required.

Depature dynamics

During departures, the passenger is assisted through each operational phase, including check-in verification, support with procedures such as tax-free processing, and coordination of the entire pre-boarding sequence.

Assistance continues with access management to security control and guidance to the point indicated by the airline. Operational presence is maintained until the passenger’s departure is completed.

Arrival dynamics

Upon arrival, the passenger is received according to the pre-established recognition arrangement and accompanied through the arrivals area.

Assistance continues until the passenger reaches the assigned transport or designated meeting point, ensuring operational continuity through to the completion of the airport exit process.

The service may be complemented by additional operational elements integrated into the passenger’s journey, including luggage assistance, Fast Track access where available, lounge coordination, and private ground transportation (NCC).

All supplementary services are arranged in advance and incorporated into the operational flow to ensure continuity, order, and consistency throughout the airport process.
