Exclusive Meet & Greet is structured for a maximum of five passengers and may be extended proportionally when additional operational support is required, without compromising the level of priority handling that defines this service.
Depature dynamics
During departures, the passenger is received under the Exclusive Meet & Greet protocol, with priority handling applied across all operational phases, including check-in management, security procedures, and required formalities such as tax-free processing when applicable.
Assistance extends beyond standard security flow, providing access to reserved areas where permitted and coordinated lounge access. Operational presence is maintained through to the moment of boarding, ensuring priority progression throughout the departure process.
Throughout this phase, attention remains controlled and discreet, allowing the passenger to proceed efficiently without unnecessary exposure or disruption.
Arrival dynamics
Upon arrival, the passenger is received directly at the authorized disembarkation point, in accordance with the Exclusive Meet & Greet protocol, and accompanied with priority assistance through control procedures and baggage claim.
The transition from the airport is coordinated in advance, including the meeting with the assigned driver and alignment with the requesting company or agency. Operational oversight is maintained throughout, ensuring continuity between arrival procedures and onward transfer.
Each phase is supervised to allow for efficient arrival management, maintaining priority handling from the initial airport contact through to the completion of the exit process.
The Exclusive Meet & Greet service may be complemented by additional operational arrangements, defined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with airport regulations and the specific requirements of the client or agency.
